My aunt gave my mom this recipe. It is so easy and so yummy. We would have cakes or quick breads on Sunday Evenings and this was my favorite because I could help make it!

Ingredients
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 12 Tablespoons Salad Oil
  • 2 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Cup Cold Water

Directions
  1. In an 9x13 ungreased pan, sift all dry ingredients.
  2. Make three holes. #1 hole, salad oil. #2nd hole, vinegar. #3 hole, vanilla.
  3. Pour 1 cup cold water over all and mix well with a fork.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
