Ingredients
  • 5 oz low-fat silken tofu
  • 1 cup unsweetened, plain almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla (or almond or coconut) extract
  • 2 Tbsp carob powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and pulse until smooth.
  2. Pour into ice molds and freeze solid.
