Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz. dark rum
  • 1/2 oz. cream of coconut
  • 4 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. whipped cream
  • 1/2 banana, sliced

Directions
  1. Put the rum, banana, cream of coconut and pineapple juice into a blender with crushed ice. Blend well. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream. Garnish with a banana slice.
