This is a quick, simple, comforting lunch or evening snack.
I don't use much cheese (to keep it lower cal!) and spice it up a bit with worchester sauce and a pinch of curry powder, mustard powder and chillies.

They also go well if you mix in bacon bits for a meaty version. Or tuna for a more healthy nutritious version. :)
