Rhubarb Crisp

- 4 cups cut -up fresh rhubarb shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup oat meal ( old fashion, not quick cook) shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter shopping list
- 9x9 inch pan shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Place rhubarb in ungreased baking dish
- Sprinkle with salt
- Measure sugar, flour, oatmeal and cinnamon into bowl
- Add butter and mix thoroughly until mixture is crumbly
- Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb
- Bake 40-50 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
