Rhubarb Crisp Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups cut -up fresh rhubarb

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup oat meal ( old fashion, not quick cook)

1 tsp cinnamon

1/3 cup butter

9x9 inch pan

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Place rhubarb in ungreased baking dish

Sprinkle with salt

Measure sugar, flour, oatmeal and cinnamon into bowl

Add butter and mix thoroughly until mixture is crumbly

Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb

Bake 40-50 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
