  • Spread each tortilla with 1/3 of the Boursin cheese. Add a layer of spinach leaves, then add strips of red pepper. Top with meat slices. Spread mayo on meat. Roll up tightly intoa spiral, enclosing the filling.Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap. Store in fridge 2-4 hrs. To serve, remove from fridge. Remove the plastic wrap and cut into 1 inch slices.
