THIS IS A FAST SANDWICH WITH SOFT CHEESE AND PEARS...... A TASTE YOU WONT FORGET...... AND MOUTH WATERING FOR SURE................ courtesy picture -panini cookbook

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 thick slices of all butter - brioche
  • 1 small sweet dessert pear, cored and finely sliced.......
  • 1/4 cup runny honey,......plus extra for drizzling

Directions
  1. SPREAD THE RICOTTA CHEESE THICKLY OVER TWO SLICES OF THE BRIOCHE AND FAN OUT THE PEAR SLICES OVER THE TOP.
  2. DRIZZLE WITH THE HONEY AND TOP WITH REMAINING SLICES OF BRIOCHE..............
  3. TOAST IN A SANDWICH GRILL FOR 1 TO 2 MINUTES, UNTIL THE BREAD IS CRISP AND GOLDEN...................
  4. CUT IN HALF DIAGONALLY, AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY..........
  5. DRIZZLE WITH EXTRA HONEY ....................
  6. NOW ENJOY THIS ITS SO DELICIOUS ........................
