Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup margarine shopping list
- 1/4 Cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 Cup brown sugar,packed shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1-1/4 Cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1-1/2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1(13-1/4 oz.)Can crushed pineapple,drained shopping list
- 1/4 Cup maraschino cherries shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cream softened margarine and sugars together until light and fluffy.
- Stir in egg and vanilla.
- Add combined flour,soda and salt,mix well.
- Stir in cheese,pineapple and cherries.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes
- Yield approx. 5 dozen
