How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cream softened margarine and sugars together until light and fluffy.
  • Stir in egg and vanilla.
  • Add combined flour,soda and salt,mix well.
  • Stir in cheese,pineapple and cherries.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes
  • Yield approx. 5 dozen
