How to make it

  • Saute shredded cabbage, onion, carrots, and celery in olive oil
  • Add chicken broth ( less 1 cup reserve) potatos, and sausage
  • Simmer 20 mins
  • then add reserved chicken broth whisked with flour.
  • cook until thick.
