Ingredients
  • 1 lb. smoked sausage
  • 2 qts. chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup celery
  • 2 cups potato cubed
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons flour (heaping if ya want it thick)

Directions
  1. Saute shredded cabbage, onion, carrots, and celery in olive oil
  2. Add chicken broth ( less 1 cup reserve) potatos, and sausage
  3. Simmer 20 mins
  4. then add reserved chicken broth whisked with flour.
  5. cook until thick.
