How to make it

  • 1) Drain and rinse corn and black beans so that none of the juices from the can are present
  • 2) Slice onions, bell pepper, avocado, and jalepeno into diced pieces. Slice the jalenos especially small
  • 3) Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • 4) Squirt lemon juice and add about 1 tbsp of the jalepeno juice with a good amount of tabasco into bowl and mix well
  • Serve with any type of chips, Red Hot Blue © corn chips
