How to make it
- Cream shortening, sugar and egg.
- Sift flour with baking powder.
- Add dry ingredients alternating with milk; mix well.
- Carefully stir i\n blueberries.
- Pour into greased and floured 9 in cake pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
- You can dust with powdered sugar if desired once its turned out on cake plate..
- Serve with whipped cream.
