How to make it

  • Wash and clean brisket, trim off some of the fat. Place meat in pan sprayed with Pam and sprinkle the soup mixes on top of meat. Pour BBQ sauce on top of that. Pour beer in the side of pan not on top. Cover and bake at 350. 10lbs. about 5 to 6 hrs. Makes alot of good juice we serve over rice or potatoes. Enjoy!!
