Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic power
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 12 oz. shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 4 stuffed olives, sliced

Directions
  1. Combine beef, egg, cracker crumbs, and onion.
  2. Mix tomato sauce, salt, sage, 1/2 tsp. oregano, garlic powder and pepper.
  3. Add 2/3 of tomato sauce mixture to beef ( reserve 1/3 for topping) mix
  4. lightly but thoughly
  5. Place mixture in loaf pan. Spread reserved sauce over top and bake 350 for 1 hr. Sprinkle with cheese and 1/4 tsp oregano and arrange sliced olives on top.
  6. Bake 5 mins. Let stand 10 mins before serveing
