Smoked Creamy Chicken and Chive Fettuccini

- 400 g fresh fettuccini pasta shopping list
- 25 g butter shopping list
- 5-6 spring onions, trimmed and chopped shopping list
- 1 tbsp minced garlic shopping list
- 250g pot creme fraiche shopping list
- 1 cup chicken stock shopping list
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard shopping list
- 1/2 Smoked chicken, shredded shopping list
- 2 tbsp chopped chives shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Cook the fettuccini in boiling salted water for 7-8 minutes or until al dente. (Check cooking times on the packet).
- 2. Melt the butter in a large frying pan and panfry the spring onions and garlic until softened, but not brown.
- 3. Sir in the Creme Fraiche, chicken stock, wholegrain mustard, Smoked Chicken and chives, and heat through.
- 4. Add the drained pasta to the sauce and toss to mix. Season with salt and pepper if wished.
- Serve immediately garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
