Ingredients
  • 1 c milk
  • 2T flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 8 slice pkg swiss kraft brand
  • 1 t carraway seeds

Directions
  1. Put everything except carraway seeds in saucepan.
  2. Cook on low; strring often; until all melted together.
  3. Take off heat.
  4. Stir in carraway seeds.
  5. Serve w/ warm rye bread.
