Chocolate Srawberry Smoothie Recipe
This is a really quick, EASY smoothie that is high in protein for those days when you're really on the run!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chocolate soy milk. I use Chocolate Light Silk
  • 1 scoop GF protein powder (optional)
  • 8-10 frozen strawberries (can be fresh, but not as cold!)

Directions
  1. Pour soymilk into blender. Add protein powder and strawberries, Blend on high until strawberries are pulverized and drink thickens.
