My mom always makes this when we have company. Everyone loves it and always asks her for the recipe!

Ingredients
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 C flour
  • 1/8 t paprika
  • 1/8 t garlic powder
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 C boiling water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/4 t margarine

Directions
  1. Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  2. Combine flour, garlic powder & paprika
  3. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then into flour mixture
  4. Brown chicken in skillet with margarine
  5. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water
  6. Add broth and remaining lemon juice to skillet
  7. Cover and simmer 20 - 25 min or until chicken is cooked all the way through
