Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat a non-stick skillet or wok over high heat.
  • Add oil and heat until nearly smoking.
  • Add Shrimp and garlic to pan.
  • Stir-fry for 1 minute then add the oyster sauce.
  • Continue to stir-fry until shrimp is pink, about 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add the green onions and Sriracha Sauce. Stir and serve over steamed rice.

    Thanks Fuzzy. I thought it was too easy too! That is what made it a favorite of mine. I can add it to a multi-course chinese meal and not have to stress preparing it.

    I need to look for oyster sauce next time I'm out near the Asian markets... I know my Loblaws doesn't carry it...
