Savory Cream Puffs Recipe
These are delicious served alone as a bread course OR stuffed with chicken salad. Your choice. Tasty and will keep for days.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup oleo
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 small Burmuda onion

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Heat water and oleo to rolling boil.
  3. Stir in flour, salt and garlic powder.
  4. Stir vigorously, until mix forms a ball.
  5. Beat in eggs until smooth (wisk).
  6. Stir in cheese and onion.
  7. Drop dough 1 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake until puffed and golden 20-25 minutes.
