Easy Summer Dessert Recipe

	easy dessert ice cream frozen pudding chocolate liqueur

Ingredients

1/2 cup Irish cream

8 ice cream sandwiches

1 large box instant chocolate pudding prepared as directed

1 small container frozen whipped topping thawed

10 chocolate sandwich cookies crushed

Directions

Pour Irish cream in rectangular glass pan.

Line pan with slightly melted ice cream sandwiches then top with whipped topping.

Garnish with crushed cookies.
