Ingredients
  • Zucchini - to fill a 9x13 pan
  • Parmeasan Cheese
  • Butter
  • salt & pepper

Directions
  1. Slice zucchini into 1/2 inch slices.
  2. Arrange in a baking dish so that they overlap.
  3. dot with butter or margarine
  4. salt and pepper
  5. sprinkle with parmeasan cheese
