  • MAKES 12 MUFFINS
  • .....................................
  • Mix 110 g flour , 1/2 tsp baking powder and baking soda , Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg pwd
  • 1 C grated carrot ( from 1 large carrot )
  • 2 small egg , lightly beaten
  • Less than 1/2 C of oilve oil
  • 12 almonds / walnuts , chopped
  • 50 g sugar

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven at 180 deg .
  2. Line a muffin tray with paper cases .
  3. In a bowl , mix all the ing together with a spoon .
  4. Scoop them into the papercases .
  5. Bake for 15 mins .
