Cucumber Salad with Oranges and Mint

Nice cool cucumbeer and orange salad with mint.
Ingredients
- 1 english cucumber,sliced in rounds shopping list
- 1(12oz) can mandarin oranges,drained shopping list
- 1/4c fresh mint leaves shopping list
- 1Tbs sherry vinegar shopping list
- 2tsp olive oilsalt and ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a largebowl,combine cucumber,oranges,mint ,vinegar and oil. Toss to combine. Season,to taste,with salt and black pepper.
