Ingredients

2 cups whole milk or low fat milk + half and half

1 1/2 tablespoons baking cocoa

3 tablespoons sugar

1 tsp cayenne pepper or black pepper

Directions

put all the ingredients in a sauce pan

cook on medium-high until the sugar and cocoa are dissolved and the milk is hot (but drinkable) Make sure you don't scald the milk.

pour into a cup and top with cinnamon, whipped cream or marshmellows
