This is a very creamy, delicious and easy to make hot cocoa recipe. I absolutely love it.

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk or low fat milk + half and half
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper or black pepper
Directions
- put all the ingredients in a sauce pan
- cook on medium-high until the sugar and cocoa are dissolved and the milk is hot (but drinkable) Make sure you don't scald the milk.
- pour into a cup and top with cinnamon, whipped cream or marshmellows
