Best Hot Cocoa Ever

This is a very creamy, delicious and easy to make hot cocoa recipe. I absolutely love it.
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk or low fat milk + half and half shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking cocoa shopping list
- 3 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper or black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- put all the ingredients in a sauce pan
- cook on medium-high until the sugar and cocoa are dissolved and the milk is hot (but drinkable) Make sure you don't scald the milk.
- pour into a cup and top with cinnamon, whipped cream or marshmellows

If you haven't tried cayenne with chocolate, you don't know what you're missing! Great post! Starbucks, if they even made this, would charge you $5.00 for the privilege.
