How to make it
- In food processor, process bananas until roughly chopped.
- Add cashew butter, salt, and syrup, pureeing until smooth.
- Serve immediately, and store leftovers in freezer.
- Note: When you have ripened bananas, slice them, and measure 1 c amounts to a ziplock bag so they are readily available.
- You can modify this recipe as you like by adding vanilla extract, almond extract, cinnamon, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts.
