How to make it

  • In food processor, process bananas until roughly chopped.
  • Add cashew butter, salt, and syrup, pureeing until smooth.
  • Serve immediately, and store leftovers in freezer.
  • Note: When you have ripened bananas, slice them, and measure 1 c amounts to a ziplock bag so they are readily available.
  • You can modify this recipe as you like by adding vanilla extract, almond extract, cinnamon, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts.

    Lol thank Dreena Burton, she has absolutely delicious recipes. I would try a combination of macadamia and almond butter myself, but that's just because I'm not a fan of cashews unless they are in stir-frys.
