Vegan Mexican Chocolate Ice Cream

- 1 c sugar shopping list
- 1 3/4 c coconut milk shopping list
- 3/4 plain unsweetened soymilk shopping list
- 1/2 c plain soy creamer (or more soymilk) shopping list
- 2 tsp pure vanilla shopping list
- 3 tbsp canola oil shopping list
- 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 c cocoa powder shopping list
- Just under 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Puree all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Pour into a freezer-safe dish and freeze until firm OR follow ice cream maker's instructions.
