Vegan chocolate ice cream - With a kick!

Ingredients
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 3/4 c coconut milk
  • 3/4 plain unsweetened soymilk
  • 1/2 c plain soy creamer (or more soymilk)
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla
  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c cocoa powder
  • Just under 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions
  1. Puree all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a freezer-safe dish and freeze until firm OR follow ice cream maker's instructions.
