Easy Pineapple Cake

My moms favorite recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple shopping list
- frosting shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 4 tablespoons soft butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 1/3 cup powdwer sugar shopping list
- chopped pecans ( optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Cake
- Mix all ingredients together by hand until well blended
- pour into greased 9x13 baking dish at 350 for 35 minutes.
- Frosting
- Beat all ingredients together until fluffy. Frost cake as soon as it comes out of oven. Top with nuts if desired.
