Roasted veggies and fresh, crusty bread, need I say more?

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1-3 large cloves of garlic
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lrg Portobello mushrooms
  • Assorted veggies
  • loaf of nice bread

Directions
  1. Mix vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil in small jar and shake well, set aside.
  2. Slice mushrooms and veggies, brush with oil.
  3. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, flipping them once while baking.
  4. Spread sauce on bread and top with veggies.
