Vegan Roasted Portobello Mushroom Sandwiches

- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1-3 large cloves of garlic shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- 4 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 2 lrg Portobello mushrooms shopping list
- Assorted veggies shopping list
- loaf of nice bread shopping list
How to make it
- Mix vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil in small jar and shake well, set aside.
- Slice mushrooms and veggies, brush with oil.
- Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, flipping them once while baking.
- Spread sauce on bread and top with veggies.
