Jacks Southern Style Hard Lemonade Recipe
Super for a hot day to cool off and mellow out the gang. But keep it away from the kids!

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces Jack Daniel's
  • 16 ounces Peachtree Schnapps (or other peach liquer)
  • 2 packets Wyler's Sugar Free Pink lemonade (makes a half-gallon each)
  • 3 quarts ice-water

Directions
  1. Put the Jack Daniel's and the peach liquer in a gallon-sized insulated container. Add the lemonade mix and the water, close the top and shake vigorously.
  2. This works because the Wyler's dissolves fast and thoroughly and makes a hearty lemonade. The combined flavors taste refreshing and the flavor is strong enough to stand up to ice on a hot day.
  3. I tried it once with regular lemonade instead of sugar-free and it was way too sweet. With this recipe nobody ever notices the sugar-free base. The peach liquer adds plenty of real sugar.
  4. Enjoy!
