How to make it

  • Wash and de-stem the kale. Cut into bite size pieces. In a skillet, heat 1 T of the olive oil. Add the kale and saute til limp. Set the kale aside in a bowl. Add the other tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and the garlic. Cook until the garlic is softened. Add the garlic to the kale. Add the vinegar, salt and pepper, and serve.

    Yes! Great idea! I will have it with lamb the next time! Often times I eat this as my meal.
