This is from my Aunt Laura. She was Grandpa's oldest daughter, and was married when the younger girls came along. This is the only recipe I found from her... it was her mother's. It's easy-peasie to make.

Ingredients
  • Potatoes mashed smooth
  • 1 egg beaten
  • onion - real fine
  • flour enough to make patties
  • Make patty and fry in butter or a little oil, just enough to make brown.
