Ingredients
  • 6 to 8 potatoes semi peeled
  • garlic to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 6 oz chedder cheese
  • butter
  • milk

Directions
  1. Boil potatoes till done drain
  2. add butter useing electric mixer mix on high speed I use about 3 heaping tablespoons
  3. then add garlic power as much as you want to flavor
  4. same as with the salt
  5. add cheese mix till melted
  6. add just enough milk to make smooth.
  7. Beat till creamy.
