Corny Macaroni Casserole

- 1 lb lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 onion - chopped shopping list
- 1 green pepper - chopped shopping list
- 1 (10 oz) can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 (10 oz) creamed corn shopping list
- 1/2 cup macaroni - uncooked shopping list
- shredded cheese shopping list
- *Note - I usually use 1 cup noodles, 1 & 1/2 pounds meat and 1 & 1/2 cans tom sauce and creamed corn. It just works out better that way i think. Essentially it is like doubling the recipe. shopping list
How to make it
- Brown beef with green pepper and onion.
- Drain grease, put back into pan. Add corn and tom sauce.
- Meanwhile, make macaroni according to package directions.
- Once cooked thru, drain macaroni and add to beef mixture. Combine well.
- Transfer to a casserole dish (size depends on how big you make it. I usually use a 9x13x2. Spread cheese over casserole, (i usually use whole bag)
- Bake in 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes or till cheese is melted.
- Let stand for few minutes, serve. YUM
