An Avocado With Spicy Mexican Ranch Recipe
i love this recipe, pure and simple no fuss, just throgh this together and youll look like a top chef!

Ingredients
  • for two avocado 4 servings of a half an avocado
  • spicy mexican ranch:
  • 3 fat tbsp of cream cheese
  • 2 fat tbsp sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter milk
  • a few dashes favorite hot sauce (i love chippolte-not as hot)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice and the zest of whole lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dryed cayanne pepper
  • chopped cilantro and parsley

Directions
  1. mix all the spicy mexican ranch ingreadents together except lime juice, let stand covered in fridge for atleased an hour
  2. slice avocado in half length wise and take out core remove the whole half from the skin and place whole facing up on your plates make sure you keep the lime juice for now so your avocados dont get brown (not pretty)
  3. i like to drizzle realy pretty all over my avocados with my spicy mexican ranch!
  4. you can add other veggies and make it a meal but i love this along side a spicy piece of chicken!!
