This Cheese ball is a great appetizer. I like to sit infront of the TV with a nice cold beer and snack on this.

Ingredients
  • 2 8oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 8oz Kraft Shreeded Mild Cheddar
  • 1 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • dash ground red pepper
  • crackers

Directions
  1. Beat Cream Cheese & Cheddar until well blended
  2. Add remaining ingredients mix well
  3. Shape into a ball
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hrs
  5. Arrange crackers around a plate
  6. Place cheese ball in the middle
