Ingredients

100 g Vermicelli

150 g milk

1 tsp ghee or butter

11/2 c sugar

cardamon powder 1/2 tsp

casewnuts &raisins

Directions

Heat Ghee or butter in a pan

Add Vermicelli and fry well

Remove from fire and keep aside

Boil the milk and simmer till it reduce to half

Now add the roasted Vermicelli and cook for a while

Add Sugar,cardamon &cook for 2-5min

Then add dry frits,cool &serve
