You can buy sushi vinegar, but if you can't find it, this will work in a pinch.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Directions
  1. Combine the above ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve everything.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool before adding to the rice.
