Curry Meatloaf With Yogurt And Dill Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 sweet red or green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. curry paste or 1 tbsp. powder
  • 1 tsp. dried tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions
  1. In large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, onion, garlic, red pepper, bread crumbs, dill, coriander, yogurt, curry paste, tarragon, salt and pepper. Mix well and turn into a loaf or meatloaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes until meatloaf is done in the centre and browned on top.
