Pumpkin Bread

- Serves 3
This is my granpma's recipe. I've never made it myself, but my mom has made it for me and it always turned out wonderfully!
Ingredients
- 3 C. sugar shopping list
- 1 C. oil shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2/3 C water shopping list
- 2 C. pumpkin (mom uses canned pumpkin) shopping list
- 3/12 C flour shopping list
- 3 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp. nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased bread pans and bake for one hour or until baked through. Makes 3 loaves.

This was delish!!! I made it with fresh pumpkin and added walnuts. Served with a little vanilla ice cream, made a great dessert!!
