How to make it

  • In a large jar with a screw-on lid, or a mixer container, mix the yogurt with enough water (depending on the thickness
  • of the yogurt) to give it the consistency of milk.
  • Add salt.
  • Shake until blended.
  • Add mint and serve over ice.
  • *If you would rather have a sweet drink than a salty drink, substitute 1 or 2 Tbsp honey for the salt.
