Had this a friends house, a Taste of Home recipe. Thought many would enjoy this easy dessert. I usually make mine from scratch though,

Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Directions
  1. In a bowl, beat the milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Let stand until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in pie filling.
  4. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spoon into individual dessert dishes; refrigerate until
  6. serving.
  7. Top with chcol;ate shavings,marachino cherry etc.
