How to make it

  • seperate eggs and place whites in a large mix bowl and wisk until frothy slowley add cream and misk until thick
  • add egg yolks, vanilla and coffee
  • sift hot cocoa mix, flour, baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt
  • mix in a cup of dry into your wet mix and then add some milk and then some dry and then some milk until all your dry mix is gone it should be thick and gooey
  • butter your pan- i used a 9 in spring form pan and i swirled un my peanutbutter in huge ribbons and add in my chocolatey chips
  • bake it at 350 for 15 min back down heat to 300 and let stand 5-7 min ital be a little googey but let it stand a few hours and yumm gooey goodness of chocoalty peanutbutter!!
