- 15 gm butter shopping list
- 1 tesp. sugar shopping list
- seafood crepes filling shopping list
- 300 gm clean shrimp shopping list
- 60 gm butter shopping list
- 4 pces. spring onion ( green – white ) shopping list
- 1 tesp. cajun spices shopping list
- 1/2 tesp. sweet paprika shopping list
- 1 pcs. Large chopped tomato shopping list
- 125 ml. white wine shopping list
- 170 gm fish shopping list
- 125 ml fresh cream shopping list
- 1 tbsp. flour shopping list
- 2 tbsp. cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Seafood crepe dough
- Mix all ingrediance well and keep it for one hours
- Seafood crepes filling
- Melt the butter and cook the white onion for 2 minuets
- Add Cajun and paprika spices, tomato. Cook for 4 minuets
- Add white wine and cook until become thick
- Add shrimp and fish and cook for 3 minuets
- Mix flour and cream and put on a mixture of fish and shrimp
- Until boiling . Add green onion
