oven-roasted potatoes and peas

                    - 8 large red potatoes, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds shopping list
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1 dash salt and black pepper shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 10-ounce box frozen green peas shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Preheat the oven to 425°.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
- Turn into a rectangular glass baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring once after 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the oven and pour the lemon juice evenly over the top of the potatoes. Add the green peas and stir to combine.
- Return to the oven and continue baking for 10 minutes.
