Roasted Cauliflower

- 1 large head cauliflower, separated into florets shopping list
- 3 Tbs (45 ml) melted butter or olive oil shopping list
- 2 tsp (10 ml) paprika shopping list
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 Tbs (30 ml) water shopping list
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Toss the cauliflower with the butter and sprinkle with the paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place in a single layer in a baking dish, add the water, and bake in a 400F (200C) oven until tender and lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
- Serves 4 to 6.
