Roasted Cauliflower Recipe
Simple but delicious, I like to sprinke with grated cheese too. Nice with poultry, beef or fish

Ingredients
  • 1 large head cauliflower, separated into florets
  • 3 Tbs (45 ml) melted butter or olive oil
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbs (30 ml) water
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Directions
  1. Toss the cauliflower with the butter and sprinkle with the paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place in a single layer in a baking dish, add the water, and bake in a 400F (200C) oven until tender and lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
  3. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
  4. Serves 4 to 6.
