Slow Cooked Creamy Red Potatoes

another easy one in crockpot, i tasted at a party
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered shopping list
- 2 Pkgs (8 oz) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 Can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1 Env Dry ranch salad dressing Mix shopping list
How to make it
- In mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, soup and dressing mix.
- Stir in potatoes, mix well.
- Transfer to crock-pot.
- Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours or till tender
