Grilled Skirt Steak With Garlic Parsley And Thyme

- skirt steak (1-1/2 # approx.) shopping list
- 2 quick drizzles of olive oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme shopping list
- A palmful of chopped parsley shopping list
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3-4 tablespoons parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the garlic. herbs, salt and pepper in a small prep bowl.
- Rub each steak generously with olive oil and then press and rub seasoning onto steak.
- Place on grill and grill until medium rare to medium, turning once.
- During the last couple of minutes of grilling, sprinkle with cheese.
- Taste and add more salt and pepper if you like.
- Let rest 5 minutes or so and slice thinly against grain.
