How to make it

  • Make dressing according to package directions and set aside.
  • Wash broccoli, remove tough outer skin and cut into bite size pieces. Blanch in boiling water for 10 minutes so that its crisp tender. Drain in strainer, rinse with cold water, then chill in refrigerator while you do next step.
  • Wash Green onions and tomatoes. Thin slice green onions. Cut tomatoes in half or quarters.
  • Add green onions and tomatoes to the bowl of chilling broccoli and chill thoroughly.
  • Add Ranch Dressing just before you are ready to serve. Mix well to coat everything. Serve and enjoy.
