Beef Sauerkraut and Rice Casserole Recipe

How to make it

  • Cook onion and garlic until transparent. Add ground pork & ground beef and cook until brown. Add s&p and paprika. Remove from heat and drain fat.
  • Drain and rinse sauerkraut. Fry sauerkraut in fry pan with 1 tsp. oil until browned a little. Mix together with rice and meat mixture and sour cream. Top with more sour cream.
  • Bake 350 oven 45 minutes.
