Hot Buttered Rum Mix Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. Unsalted Butter (not margarine)

3 ½ cups icing sugar

2 cups brown sugar

1 quart vanilla ice cream

1 ½ tsp. Cinnamon

½ tsp. Allspice

Directions

Soften ice cream and blend in all other ingredients. Store in freezer. If giving as gifts, pack into pretty jars and then store in freezer. Add a tag with instructions as follows:

In a cup put:

2 tbsp. Butter mixture

1 ½ oz. Dark rum

Boiling water to fill cup

Stir and enjoy!
