Hot Buttered Rum Mix

Ingredients
- 1 lb. unsalted butter (not margarine) shopping list
- 3 ½ cups icing sugar shopping list
- 2 cups brown sugar shopping list
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream shopping list
- 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- ½ tsp. allspice shopping list
How to make it
- Soften ice cream and blend in all other ingredients. Store in freezer. If giving as gifts, pack into pretty jars and then store in freezer. Add a tag with instructions as follows:
- In a cup put:
- 2 tbsp. Butter mixture
- 1 ½ oz. Dark rum
- Boiling water to fill cup
- Stir and enjoy!
